Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the pub, shit was going down…again. Dammit, Yuki. He was busy bashing some poor fool’s face (is that Alika?) into the ground repeatedly as other members of the island watched on or ignored the scene entirely. “Eh, happens all the time. Well, Yuki beating someone up does, anyway,” Magnus said to himself, shrugging.
With the wonky time of the island, the few members who knew what Christmas was had no idea of how quickly it was approaching. Well, maybe Alika did, but he was a bit preoccupied at the moment. Everyone else was going about their routine as if it were any other

It had been a few months since that 4th of July party and Lindsey still couldn't believe she had lost that cornhole game. "One stinking point!" she thought to herself as she practiced tossing the little bags, "I'm not going to lose a second time!"
As she was starting to get a good grouping of shots, Gene walking in the room, "Hey, leader, let's go. We got a mission."
Lindsey stopped immediately, "Mission!?" she said as she dropped everything and ran to the door. "C'mon! Which way to the brief?"
"Briefing Room #4," Gene replied. "Sweet!" Lindsey grabbed Gene's hand and teleported the two of them to the briefing room.

After school had ended for the day, Seth, Kenichi, and Miu all stayed after for different reasons. Kenichi, though you wouldn't think it due to his reputation of the toughest fighter in school, is a member of the gardening club. Miu was a member of the gymnastics club, and rightfully so, as she had a reputation of the best in the club. Seth stayed after because... he fell asleep, though this had nothing to do with his reputation as the loser.
When Seth finally awoke, he stumbled around trying to get his bearing. It took him a minute to realize that he was still at school. He slumped his shoulders and shuffled his way out.

Seth struggled to stand as he watched Gennai stagger backwards in fear. "Y...you're Kenichi Shirahama!? Screw this, I'm outta here!" And with that, Gennai ran away from the man who looked toward Seth now.
"Hey, man, are you ok," he asked.
"I should be fine. Thanks for that, I guess," Seth said and started walking away.
"Wait a sec, dude." Seth turned toward Kenichi, who had offered his hand to shake. "I assume you know who I am, but I don't know your name."
Seth stared at the hand for a couple of seconds before shaking it, "Its Seth, Seth Kenchi."

Chad, Aaron, and Jason watched as the man claiming to be Matt Dunton drove off around the corner. They stood in silence for a while, not sure of what to make of the situation.
"Well, what do you guys think?" asked Chad.
"I think it's a load of crap," Jason replied.
"What would that guy gain from lying to us? It's a good explanation for that big flash of light, don't ya think?" Aaron pointed out.
"Thanks for that, by the way," Chad said sarcastically.
"What part of shut up don't you understand?"
"If you two are done bitching, I think we should investigate this stupid little theory of yours and see why it's not possible

The trio entered the school building, which looked even bigger on the inside and made of the same metal as the outside. They walked down the lobby as they had done every weekday for the past couple of years, however this time they were alone. Their footsteps echoed in the long hallway that led to the main portion of the school.
Once they reached the end, Jason opened the big double doors to reveal that the rest of the school was just as quiet as the lobby that they had just emerged from. "Hm, maybe it's a Saturday," Jason said more to himself than to either Chad or Aaron. Suddenly a loud crash came from the direction of the gymnasium.
Hello, boys and girls, it's story time. Now I would say that now would be a good time to grab a bag of chips and your favorite beanbag chair, but this is quite... quite a long story. Just so no one is confused, though I am talking to you right now the story will be told in third person. So, without further delay, let us begin.

"School. Tch, what a waste of time." A young man climbed the hill toward the very thing he hated most. He thought to himself as he did so. "The point of it is to learn important stuff for life or whatever. A lot of good that does me when my brain is too small to take
The human being is made up of four very crucial elements. The Will: a person's ability to make decisions based on the events of the world around it. The Mind: the control center that puts those decisions into action. The Body: the part that acts out the decisions made by the will. The Soul: the part that holds it all together. A long time ago, about a month before my 20th birthday, I lost one of these valuable components. I lost my body when I died and, considering who you ask, I also lost my mind. This is my story...
